Unfortunately, yes. We use a mixture of ingredients across a wide range of products to give you that awesome taste punch you are looking for. 

Specifically, some products may contain soybeans, peanuts, crustacean shellfish, fish and diary. So please check our ingredients labels before purchasing or you may also check with us for more information at helpme@manysauce.com.

We do not have a retail shop at the moment, but you can self collect your online orders. Do allow us 1 – 2 business days to prepare your item, we will get in touch with you once your item is ready for collection.

All sauces are made in our own Singapore central kitchen using our own recipes and equipment.

We control every step — from ingredient sourcing to packing — to ensure food safety, quality, and taste consistency.

Keep Chilled between 0 °C – 5 °C if consuming within 1 week

Keep Frozen below – 12°C if storing for future use.

Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the period on the label.

Ambient shelf-stable versions can be kept at room temperature — follow each product’s note.

Shipping

Yes! You can get free shipping on any orders over $40 on our website.

Local Singapore shipping for orders up to $40 is $3.99, which will be added at the checkout.

We aim to deliver within 1 – 3 business days upon receiving your order. For retail orders, we will place your product in a soft thermal pouch to slow down thawing. Once item is received, please place your products in your fridge to ensure freshness!

As of now, we aren’t able to deliver overseas. But if you are looking to buy in bulk, drop us an email at sales@manysauce.com and we can facilitate an order.

Yes! You can choose to pick up at our factory. Please allow us 1 – 2 business days to prepare your order before coming over to pick up. We will notify you once your order is ready!

Yes — we offer sample packs for food-business testing.

Payment can be made online via Credit Cards, PayNow, Bank Transfer. We do not accept Cash or Cash on Delivery.

Yes! We supply both retail packs (500 g) and bulk packs (1–5 kg) for commercial use.

We only allow refunds or exchanges if there are signs of products spoilage with its packaging still sealed and unopened. Upon returning your order, do ensure that all products are kept sealed, unopened and stored at the right temperature.
