Yes! You can get free shipping on any orders over $40 on our website.

Local Singapore shipping for orders up to $40 is $5, which will be added at the checkout.

It depends on your location! 

For orders at Yishun or Sengkang, we deliver out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

For orders at Choa Chu Kang, we deliver out every Monday and Friday.

Every other location in Singapore is delivered out on Tuesday and Thursday. 

We will be in touch with you within 1-2 business days of your confirmed order to arrange a delivery date and time to your convenience and our delivery schedule for the day. 

As of now, we aren’t able to deliver overseas. But if you are looking to buy in bulk, drop us an email at [email protected] and we can facilitate an order.

Yes! You can choose to pick up at our factory or at any of our partners’ locations.

Most of our sauces are good for 2 months once opened, but we personally finish it in 2 weeks because it is that delicious!

Unfortunately, yes. We use a mixture of ingredients across a wide range of products to give you that awesome taste punch you are looking for. 

Specifically, some products may contain soybeans, peanuts, crustacean shellfish, fish and diary. So please check our ingredients labels before purchasing or you may also check with us for more information at [email protected].

We do not have a physical shop at the moment, but we do have partner locations that carry our products. 

Payment can be made online via Credit Cards, PayNow, Bank Transfer. We do not accept Cash or Cash on Delivery.

We only allow refunds or exchanges if there are signs of products spoilage with its packaging still sealed and unopened. Upon returning your order, do ensure that all products are kept sealed, unopened and stored at the right temperature.
